This house project aimed to construct a modern beachfront Australian home. Beautiful, family-friendly home. A house with uplifting interiors (private & open spaces) that optimize seaside views and property surroundings.

The architectural plan for this house was inspired by the ‘bathing machines’ of the mid-1880s, their pride and seclusion, and their local character. The sloped roof and vertical wood paneling evoke old bathhouses. Stone and charred wood are direct responses to the natural landscape.
