If you’re having a media wall or red carpet event, we’ll be there to capture it in a more unique and interesting way. There is always something new that happens. A fast-paced major event is very different from a corporate conference with one speaking panel. There is a big contrast between a formal wedding with many photo ops and a casual private birthday party.
When you hire us for a longer period of time, our hourly rate drops, making us more cost-effective for your event photography needs. There is always an initial high cost. We are available for multi-day bookings as well.
The busiest times of year for us and when we tend to sell out quickly are the spring and summer. The three-day weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is also typically busier. Bookings can be made up to 2 years in advance. Don’t procrastinate on reserving the date for your big event!
