Kangaroo Point House

The Kangaroo Point house’s main property occupies the highest ground, directly above the rocky outcrop. Below the boating, amenities are a beautiful cabana, spa, barbeque area, and fitness centre. This area is notable for a large rock outcrop that served as a refuge for indigenous Australians for thousands of years and is now protected as a heritage natural formation. The primary living areas are perched on top of this rock so that inhabitants can take in the scenic riverside location. Every room has some sort of connection to the water or to the outdoors. The natural environment is brought inside through the deep integration of all living spaces.
