This house has a conventional inner-city terrace that was renovated and expanded to optimise the site. The project scope was to increase floor space, create two more bedrooms, and improve bathrooms and facilities.

The alterations and additions included a beautiful upgrade to the street façade, upgraded finishes and fittings throughout the home, an attic extension with a rear Dorma window creating a large additional bedroom + sitting area, and a rear extension to the first floor to include a new bedroom and large bathroom.

A new material palette of gentle natural tones, white, textured rugs, and warm timbers helped create a timeless home.
