- [Maroubra House](https://ocampo.com.au/portfolio/maroubra-house/): This house project was a new construction with interesting design specifications built in a lot with an area of 250-square-meter, a five-bedroom family home that would last long after the initial owner left. While designing a family home for the client, energy efficiency was also important. Exposed precast concrete panel construction, warm timbers, and steel accents created a robust and minimal interior. The pool below the back deck creates a year-round entertaining space. The residence’s versatility is shown when the pivotal decking plane lifts to reveal the pool below.

- [Surry Hills House](https://ocampo.com.au/portfolio/surry-hills-house/): This house has a conventional inner-city terrace that was renovated and expanded to optimise the site. The project scope was to increase floor space, create two more bedrooms, and improve bathrooms and facilities.
- [Northern Beaches House](https://ocampo.com.au/portfolio/northern-beaches-house/): Most indoor areas make the most of their settings by offering panoramic views of the exterior. The home was built to curve to the landscape, and the majority of the deconstruction waste will be reused in the patio. The primary design features consist primarily of straight lines and square volumes. The way in which it is oriented, this house is able to function effectively.

- [Exeter House](https://ocampo.com.au/portfolio/exeter-house/): This Exeter house, designed by Archebiosis Architects and built by KELA Building Group, occupies a spacious five-acre lot in the scenic Southern Highlands, and it blends in beautifully with its natural surroundings. There are four individual structures that work together to form a single, unique home, creating the appearance of an English village. The vintage glass shelf passageways connect the various living areas, ensuring that everyone in the family can take in the breathtaking scenery.
- [Kangaroo Point House](https://ocampo.com.au/portfolio/kangaroo-point-house/): The Kangaroo Point house’s main property occupies the highest ground, directly above the rocky outcrop. Below the boating, amenities are a beautiful cabana, spa, barbeque area, and fitness centre. This area is notable for a large rock outcrop that served as a refuge for indigenous Australians for thousands of years and is now protected as a heritage natural formation. The primary living areas are perched on top of this rock so that inhabitants can take in the scenic riverside location. Every room has some sort of connection to the water or to the outdoors. The natural environment is brought inside through the deep integration of all living spaces.
- [Concord House](https://ocampo.com.au/portfolio/concord-house/): The Concord House project was a humble expansion to an already existing property, a straightforward remodel aimed at making the home more pleasant for the property’s occupants (a family with young children). A new kitchen, dining, and living area with south-facing bi-folding glass doors opening to the backyard were part of the requested renovations and additions to the existing home. This 3-bedroom home in Sydney’s inner west was given a new lease on life with the help of a new kitchen, a new dining area, a new laundry room, an extra bedroom, and some fresh interior design.
