How a 50-Year-Old Vet Clinic Modernised Its Image With Video

Dural Veterinary Hospital has been part of its community for 50 years. Generations of local families have brought their pets through its doors, and the trust built over that time is the kind you can’t manufacture. But trust built in person doesn’t automatically show up online — and that was the gap Dural Vet was facing.

The challenge

Dural Veterinary Hospital has been part of its community for 50 years. Generations of local families have brought their pets through its doors, and the trust built over that time is the kind you can’t manufacture. But trust built in person doesn’t automatically show up online — and that was the gap Dural Vet was facing.

What we did

We rebuilt the practice’s visual identity from the ground up: cinematic video that captures the human side of veterinary care, professional photography of the team and facility, and a new website architecture designed to convert first-time visitors into booked appointments — all built around one goal, giving Dural Vet’s online presence the same level of trust the practice has earned in person over five decades.

The approach

Every piece of content started with the same question: what does a pet owner need to feel before they’ll trust you with their animal? That meant showing real staff, real interactions, and the genuine care that’s kept clients coming back for two generations — not stock imagery or generic clinic footage.

Where things stand

Since launch, Dural Vet has seen a growing number of online bookings and stronger engagement with the practice’s digital presence. We’re currently working with the team to document the full impact with hard numbers, and we’ll be updating this case study as that data comes in — because we’d rather show you real results than a number that sounds impressive.

The takeaway

A strong reputation built over decades deserves a digital presence that matches it. If your business has the trust but not the online presence to back it up, that’s exactly the gap we help close.
